10 Questions to Plan 2022
It’s that time of year again! Time to reflect back on the past 12 months and plan for the year ahead. And you know what they say, “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.” To help you achieve success, here are 10 questions to plan 2022. Grab a pen and let’s dive in!
The first 3 questions are reflections on the previous 12 months. To help you answer them, review your camera roll, social media feed, journal, calendar, and planner from the past year.

What are your goals? What do you want to accomplish in 2022?
For this question, consider having a goal for each domain of life. Here are my 10 life domains: physical health, emotional well-being, environment, Relationship (with partner), purpose/mission, career/business, rejuvenating activities/social, financial, spiritual/energetic, and intellectual. You can edit, delete, or change any of these to suit you.
